Built by people who know ABA billing pain firsthand.
Korafy exists because the prior authorization process is broken — and it doesn't have to be.
Our Mission
Why we built Korafy
ABA practices in New Jersey spend 15–20 hours per week on prior authorizations — chasing payer rules, manually building packets, faxing documents, and then waiting for replies that may or may not arrive. When an authorization lapses because someone missed a re-auth date, the practice loses thousands of dollars in revenue and the patient loses access to care.
We built Korafy because this shouldn't be a human problem anymore. The payer rules are known. The fax workflows are repeatable. The re-auth dates are predictable. What's been missing is software purpose-built to handle the full lifecycle — from building the packet to reading the payer's reply — so your team can focus on clinical work instead of administrative fire drills.
Korafy is the tool we wished existed when we saw ABA practices struggling with the same broken workflows, practice after practice. Every feature is designed around one question: does this eliminate a manual step in the authorization lifecycle?

What We Believe
The values behind every decision.
Practice-First
Every feature starts with a real workflow from a real ABA practice. If it doesn't remove a manual step, it doesn't ship.
Compliance by Default
Payer rules aren't optional add-ons — they're enforced at the system level. Your team shouldn't need to memorize Horizon's fax rules or Aetna's auth duration limits.
Speed to Value
Practices should see measurable impact in days, not months. Our onboarding is designed around your first successful authorization in Korafy, not a 12-week implementation.
Patient Outcomes Matter
Lapsed authorizations don't just cost money — they interrupt patient care. Every re-auth we catch is a child who doesn't lose a week of therapy.
