Terms of Service

Korafy is a prior authorization and practice management platform designed for ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) practices. The platform is currently in early access. Features, availability, and pricing are subject to change.

By requesting early access or using any part of the Korafy platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to act on behalf of your practice or organization to use Korafy. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You agree to use Korafy only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

— share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals;

— attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform;

— use the platform to transmit unauthorized, harmful, or fraudulent information;

— interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform or its underlying infrastructure.

Your use of Korafy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of all clinical and practice data you input into Korafy. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.

The Korafy platform is provided "as is" and "as available" during the early access period. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

Korafy is a workflow and documentation tool. We are not responsible for prior authorization decisions made by payers, and our platform does not guarantee authorization approvals. Clinical and billing decisions remain the sole responsibility of the practice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Korafy, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to authorization denials, revenue loss, or data loss.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Korafy in the three months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Korafy platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
