Which payers does Korafy support?

Korafy currently supports 6 major NJ ABA payers: Horizon BCBS NJ, Horizon NJ Health, Aetna NJ, AmeriHealth NJ, UHC Community Plan NJ, and NJ Medicaid FFS. Additional payers are added on request.

Is Korafy HIPAA compliant?

Yes. Korafy implements all HIPAA Administrative, Physical, and Technical Safeguards. All PHI is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We execute BAAs with all vendors that touch PHI. Visit korafy.io/security for details.

Most practices are fully onboarded within one business day. There is no multi-week implementation — you start seeing value with your first authorization in Korafy.

Korafy is free during the early access pilot. Founding practices receive complete platform access, an onboarding call, and locked-in pricing when the pilot ends. No contracts, no payment info required.

Does Korafy integrate with our EHR or billing system?

Korafy operates as a standalone platform optimized for the prior authorization lifecycle. Bulk CSV import is supported, and deeper integrations are on the roadmap based on practice demand.
